Yes. AnimalCab transports pets with their owners. One or more people may travel, depending on the selected vehicle. We consider the pet’s size, any travel crate, the number of passengers and the luggage so that everyone has enough room throughout the journey.

Yes. We can carry IATA crates and XL, XXL or XXXL formats when the appropriate vehicle is booked. Before booking, provide the length, width and height of every crate, together with the number of passengers, pets and bags. A van is usually required for the largest loads.

Yes. We transport breeds such as Great Danes, Saint Bernards, Newfoundlands, Leonbergers, Mastiffs, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Belgian Malinois, Golden Retrievers and Labradors. The vehicle is selected according to the dog’s breed, weight and size, any crate, the passengers and the luggage. Regulated dogs must travel with the documents and equipment required by law.

Our service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, by prior booking. To secure a time slot, we recommend booking at least 12 hours in advance. For a veterinary emergency, we do our best according to availability and may attend even late at night when we are available. The website accepts bookings around the clock and you can also contact us on WhatsApp. Our telephone line is not staffed throughout the night, but we reply whenever we are available.

The price of a pet taxi depends on the pickup point, destination, distance, date and travel time. We also consider the required vehicle, the number and size of the pets, the number and dimensions of their crates, the luggage and the number of passengers. These details allow us to quote a fair fare and assign a vehicle with enough space.

AnimalCab serves Paris and the whole of Île-de-France, including Boulogne-Billancourt, Saint-Denis, Montreuil, Nanterre, Versailles, Créteil, Argenteuil, Cergy, Évry-Courcouronnes and Melun. From or to Île-de-France, we also consider journeys to Lyon, Marseille, Bordeaux, Lille, Strasbourg, Nantes, Rennes, Toulouse, Nice and Montpellier. Geneva, Monaco and neighbouring countries — Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Germany, Italy and Spain — are available on request, subject to journey feasibility.

We mainly transport dogs, cats and small pets travelling with their owners. Rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets and domestic birds may travel in a suitable, secure carrier. For a less common species, tell us before booking so we can check the transport requirements and the vehicle needed.

Provide the exact pickup and destination addresses, date, requested time, number of passengers and bags, and the species, breed and weight of every pet. If you use a crate, include its length, width and height. For an airport or station transfer, add the flight or train number and arrival time. These details help prevent capacity problems on the day.
