Assembled or dismantled crate?
Measure it in the configuration you will bring. Nesting two halves may save space, but your pet then needs another suitable restraint. Send a photograph and the dimensions, especially when travelling with several suitcases.

Agree the pickup at an authorised road access, rather than a closed forest track. Specify the car park and return time. You could also explore Auvers-sur-Oise or L’Isle-Adam during your stay; check pet admission with individual museums, private gardens and restaurants before visiting.

Questions about pet taxis in Val-d’Oise
Which animals can travel with Animalcab?
Dogs, cats and small pets can travel according to their needs. A Shiba, beagle, Maine Coon cat or rabbit needs a different setup. Tell us the species, size and carrier details. For an unusual pet, explain their requirements before booking.
Can I travel with my pet, or send them on their own?
Yes. Comfort and van bookings are for accompanied journeys, with the choice depending on the space needed. For an unaccompanied animal, select the dedicated pet taxi category. Provide the pickup and arrival contacts, handover times and any relevant instructions.
Can a dismantled XL crate fit in the Tesla?
We need to check the actual dimensions, even with the two halves nested together. Passengers, luggage and the pet’s own space must also be considered. A large assembled crate may need the van. Dismantling is only suitable if your pet can travel safely using another arrangement.
How much time should I allow from Cergy to CDG with a pet?
As a planning guide, allow 45–55 km and 45–80 minutes on the road from Cergy-Préfecture, adjusted for your address, terminal and traffic. Add the pet check-in time required by your airline. Send us your flight number and crate dimensions.
Can you collect us in the Vexin or near Montmorency Forest?
